Is this a job or a business I own?
It’s a business you own, with all the freedom and control that comes with it. At Launchpad, you’re not an employee; you’re an independent agent building your own Medicare business with our proven system, training, and support. You decide your schedule, your goals, and how big you want to grow.
How long does it take before I start earning?
If you already have your license, you can start earning immediately, usually within a few days. If you need to obtain the license, the complete training and licensing process can take between 3 to 5 weeks, depending on how much time you dedicate to studying.
How much support will I receive?
We take support seriously. You’ll have full access to coaching, live training, daily mentorship, and a community of experienced leader who’ve helped thousands succeed. We don’t just get you started, we stay by your side as you build your business.
Can I do this part-time or from home?
Absolutely. Many agents begin part-time while keeping another job. Everything from training to selling, can be done 100% remotely. As your confidence and income grow, you can scale up to full-time if you choose.
