Is this a job or a business I own?
It’s a business you own, with all the freedom and control that comes with it. At Launchpad, you’re not an employee; you’re an independent agent building your own Medicare business with our proven system, training, and support. You decide your schedule, your goals, and how big you want to grow.
What does it cost to get started?
There’s no big investment or franchise fee. Your main costs are your state insurance license and training materials, typically a few hundred dollars total. From there, we provide everything you need to launch, including mentorship, marketing tools, and ongoing support at no additional cost.
How much support will I receive?
A lot. You’ll have full access to coaching, live training, daily mentorship, and a community of experienced leaderswho’ve helped thousands succeed. We don’t just get you started, we stay by your side as you build your business.
Can I do this part-time or from home?
Absolutely. Many agents begin part-time while keeping another job. Everything from training to selling, can be done 100% remotely. As your confidence and income grow, you can scale up to full-time if you choose.
